How We Work

No fluff.
Just shipped
product.

We run a tight, transparent process that keeps you in control at every stage. Working demos at the end of every sprint. Fixed pricing. No surprises.

Fixed-price engagements
Working demos every 2 weeks
Direct access to senior engineers
Code you own, forever
01
Discovery & Scoping
Week 1–2

Every engagement starts with a structured deep-dive into your idea, your users, and your constraints. We map the MVP, define the technical architecture, and produce a clear scope document with fixed milestones and a fixed price. No ambiguity, no scope creep.

We challenge assumptions during this phase — if something in your brief doesn't make sense, we'll tell you. Better to find out in week one than after three months of building.

Deliverables
Requirements workshop
Technical architecture doc
MVP feature list
Fixed-price proposal
Tech stack selection
Project timeline
02
Design & Prototyping
Week 2–4

UI and UX design grounded in your brand and your users' real needs. We produce high-fidelity Figma prototypes you can click through and test before a single line of production code is written. This is where we catch the expensive mistakes cheaply.

We design with the build in mind — every interaction, every edge case, every empty state. Handoff to engineering is seamless because the same team does both.

Deliverables
Figma UI designs
Interactive prototype
User flow maps
Design system
Component library
Edge case coverage
03
Build & Iterate
Ongoing sprints

Two-week sprints with working software demos at the end of every cycle. You see real progress — not slide decks. The codebase is always in a deployable state, so you can test and give feedback on real, running software throughout the build.

We use continuous integration and staging environments throughout. When something changes in scope — and it always does — we handle it transparently with a change order, not a surprise invoice.

Deliverables
Working sprint demos
Staging environment
Weekly progress updates
Git repository access
QA testing
Bug tracking & resolution
04
Launch & Support
Go-live & beyond

Production deployment, App Store submission, performance monitoring, and post-launch support. We stay closely involved for the critical first weeks — because launching is where things get interesting and you need experienced hands, not a handoff document.

After launch, we offer ongoing retainer agreements for product teams that want a trusted technical partner for the long haul — new features, platform updates, performance work, and strategy.

Deliverables
App Store submission
Production deployment
Performance monitoring
30-day post-launch support
Documentation handover
Optional ongoing retainer

Our Principles

How we think
about the work.

🎯
We ship, not slide.

Every engagement ends with working software in the real world — not a deck of recommendations or a strategy document. If it doesn't ship, it doesn't count.

🔍
Senior engineers, always.

No offshore handoffs, no juniors learning on your project. The people you speak to in the pitch are the people building your product.

📐
Fixed price. No surprises.

We scope carefully so we can price confidently. If something changes in scope, we tell you upfront and agree a change order — no invoice ambushes.

🤝
Honest, even when it's hard.

If your idea has a flaw, we'll tell you. If a timeline is unrealistic, we'll say so. We'd rather have a difficult conversation in week one than a difficult project in week twelve.

🔑
You own everything.

Code, designs, IP — all yours from day one. We don't hold deliverables hostage and we don't lock you into our tooling. Your product, your codebase.

Speed without shortcuts.

We move fast because we're experienced, not because we're cutting corners. Our codebases are clean, documented, and built to be maintained — by us or by whoever comes next.

Common Questions

Before you reach out.

Do you take on early-stage ideas?
Yes — some of our favourite projects have started as a napkin sketch. We're comfortable working in ambiguity and helping founders clarify what they actually need to build.
How do you price projects?
Fixed price, based on a scoped specification. We don't do time-and-materials because it misaligns incentives. You know what you're paying before we start.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. We offer monthly retainer agreements for ongoing development, feature work, and technical advisory. Many clients move to a retainer after their initial build.
How long does a typical project take?
A well-scoped mobile app and web dashboard typically takes 12–20 weeks from kick-off to App Store approval. Simpler products can be faster; complex platforms take longer. We'll give you an honest timeline in discovery.
Do we own the code?
Completely. All IP, code, and assets transfer to you on final payment. No licensing restrictions, no lock-in.
